Thank you for shopping with us! We’re committed to delivering your dog’s food quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
    • Jerky: Order by 5pm PST on Tuesday and your order will be ready for shipping by Thursday. 
    • Fresh Food: Please allows 7-10 business days to process your order.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information if applicable.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States to the 48 contiguous states only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Order Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@thenojosdog.com.
  • Include your order number and any relevant photos (for damaged shipments).
