Refund policy

The Nojo's Dog appreciates your business and are committed to providing high-quality nutrition for your dog. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any refunds, returns, or exchanges for food items purchased through our online store. Purchases made at one of our retail partners are subject to the return and refund policy of the establishment location. 

All Sales Are Final

To ensure the health and safety of all pets, we cannot resell returned food. As such, all purchases are considered final once the order is confirmed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. While we do not offer refunds or returns, we will do our best to make it right.
